At Charity & Taylor we understand that our customers often require a number of miscellaneous items for their vessel. To fulfil the needs of our customers we have a number of other items available in our Melton store.

Flags: We stock flags and ensigns of all nations and supply courtesy flags to both commercial shipping and the leisure market.

Sewn flags are a traditional way in manufacturing flags. The process is simple, where individual pieces of fabric, cut to size and shape are joined together by using a felled seam. We opt for 160gsm woven polyester for the background colour and 110gsm polyester for the design work.

Our dye printed flags are made to the highest standard and all colours are mixed after obtaining an accurate colour match. The finished flags are flexible and soft with a washable finish. We have the facilities to print flags up to 2m in width with a repeat in excess of 5m!

Binoculars: We supply binoculars to both the professional and leisure market with stocks of Nikon, Plastimo, etc

Chart Correcting: We stock the professional Marsmatic chart correcting pens, ink and replacement nibs in both 0.18 and 0.25 size as well as the alternative Pilot pens.

Navigational tools: We stock the finest quality single handed and straight dividers 6” , 7” and 8” sizes as well as parallel rules, Portland Plotters, triangles and many other navigational items.

Barograph paper, replacement nibs etc.

We supply official Solas approved signage, posters, safety tapes etc to vessels worldwide and can arrange next day delivery in the UK.
